HubsteriaNotes global quality audit
Official application name: HubsteriaNotes. HubsteriaGuardian remains the master reference name.
Required protocols
- Validate phones, tablets/iPads in both orientations, laptops and monitors from compact to ultra-wide; preserve readable text and usable actions. Dense tables may scroll locally.
- Regression-check every change: new behavior plus affected old flows, route destinations, access restrictions and device layouts.
- Keep transitions and interactions snappy; measure runtime outcomes and avoid unnecessary data scans, remounts and requests.
October 24, 2026 source audit
All registered routes and literal navigation destinations were reviewed. The main defects were misleading destinations and inert controls rather than missing registered routes.
Repairs: official branding and leaf social metadata; functioning shell page search, help, account menu and desktop sidebar toggle; secure administrator sign-in, password-help and master T1 page; patient Edit now updates instead of creating a duplicate; messages link to matching patient charts; appointment quick-add points to New Patient; scheduling Sync and Work Schedules reach existing pages. Unimplemented billing actions no longer masquerade as working links to claim history.
Layout repairs: shrinkable shared inputs, contained definition lists, delayed message panes and multi-column policy sections, wrapped scheduling controls and appointment times, less desktop side whitespace and locally scrollable tables. Calendar rendering uses a stable grid component and per-date event index.
Remaining product gaps (not broken-URL claims)
- Note editor, real signing/co-signing and appointment-to-note-to-billing chain are not implemented.
- Claim submission, payment reconciliation, refunds, statements, eligibility, real uploads and reports beyond sample revenue remain demo-only or unavailable.
- Most practice data and changes remain in memory and reset on reload; connecting Cloud does not migrate those sample workflows.
- Appointment quick-add does not yet restore unsaved appointment fields after creating a patient.
- Staff roles shown in sample charts are not production permissions. Only master T1 account authorization is durable and server-validated.
- Device sampling does not establish compatibility with every physical gadget; rerun the stored browser checks for each change.
- Local navigation timings do not establish production performance or real-network Core Web Vitals.
Verification results
- 33 public content pages loaded with successful responses; no error screens or browser runtime errors were observed.
- Seven sampled widths (320, 390, 768, 1024, 1366, 1920 and 2560 pixels), including tablet portrait/landscape, showed no document-level horizontal overflow on the checked core pages. Dense calendar/table regions keep intentional local scrolling.
- The real master T1 account successfully opened its administrator page; signed-out access redirected to login, including after logout.
- Editing an existing sample patient's first name read back through the chart. Creating an appointment from Scheduling appeared in the calendar.
- All 47 unit/navigation regression tests passed. Local page checks had a median of approximately 306ms, including a deliberate 150ms observation wait; this is not a production speed guarantee.
- Email invitation was accepted by the auth service; inbox delivery and clicking the invitation/password-reset email have not been verified.
External backend restoration — October 24, 2026
- The user connected their external hubsteriaNotes project. Rebound the platform-managed connection; browser sign-in requests were verified against the connected project, without manually editing environment values.
- Restored
app_role,user_roles,has_role, and server-onlyfql_ai_gateway_state, including explicit grants, RLS and timestamp update triggers.has_rolenow runs as security-invoker under own-role RLS; the AI state table explicitly denies browser access. - Recreated the owner's account by secure email invitation and assigned Master T1 only to its verified account ID/email. The auth service accepted the invitation; inbox receipt and password setup remain unverified. No old password was recovered or set from chat.
- Email sign-in is enabled, as confirmed through hosted public auth settings. Signed-out Master T1 redirects to login, and the planner returns 401 without a bearer.
- All 76 unit/navigation tests passed. Core help, dashboard, patients, scheduling, billing and login pages showed no document-level overflow at 390×844, 768×1024, 1024×768 and 1920×1080; no browser runtime errors occurred. Latest automatic build was OK.
- Authenticated Master T1 and real AI generation on this external backend remain unverified until the owner signs in. External preview-session minting is unavailable; service-role sign-in link minting was not performed.
- A later security notice reports leaked-password protection disabled. This is a hosted authentication setting requiring owner configuration; it was not silently changed.
- Demo fixtures remain browser-local and separate from accounts; this restoration does not implement real clinical persistence or production SaaS tenant isolation.
Password reset callback repair — October 24, 2026
- Reproduced an accepted recovery callback whose URL hash was consumed by the Supabase SDK before the reset page checked it; the page incorrectly hid password setup.
- Password setup now validates the initialized user with Auth instead of requiring the consumed hash. Invalid sessions remain rejected, and the Auth service enforces password-update requirements.
- Owner's real email-link password setup and authenticated administrator flow remain unverified; fictional-session browser checks are not evidence of a real password change.
