Password Requirements

To keep your account secure, your new password must:

  • Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Include at least one number (0-9)
  • Include at least one symbol (e.g., #, !, %, &, *)
  • Be at least 10 characters long
  • Not contain more than two consecutive repeating characters (e.g., 222)
  • Begin and end with characters other than spaces
  • Avoid using more than one consecutive space
  • Be different from any of your previous passwords
  • Exclude any sensitive information (such as names, email addresses, practice codes or usernames)
