Risk Assessment Settings
The Risk Assessment is required by default for our HubsteriaNotes provided Intake and Progress note templates. For customized templates, admins can choose for each individual template whether to make it required or optional. By making it optional, the Risk Assessment section can be skipped entirely. It is recommended to leave this as a required section.
Treatment Plan Settings
Requirements for Psychotherapy Treatment Plans
Treatment plan must be less than days old.
To-Do List is configured to recommend new treatment plans every 90 days.
Director Signature for Treatment Plans
Designate a user to function as the practice's Clinical Director. They will be required to co-sign all treatment plans.
- New treatment plans and those in draft status will be required to have the director's signature.
- Any treatment plans already signed/approved by its author/supervisor will not be affected.
- For the client signature, the treatment plan may be sent, as usual, to the Client Portal.
